RiP - [MARC RUZZO]

dAHLiA :]
Ever wonder how many titles you carry around? Like if you have a job or a sibling, you carry a title around. Lets see. I was a tour guide today for students interested in attending my school. I have a little bro so Im an older sister. I work at BJs Wholesale Club as a Cashier. Im a bestfriend to two of the most amazing girls in the world [Michelle & Tania]... Jeez! I can go on all day! Anyways, as I was sitting in class waiting for science FCATs to be over, I couldnt help but wonder that spring break is approaching. That was the week my cousin Marc Ruzzo died in a car accident a year ago. The accident was caused by a drunk driver who was 3times over the DUI limit. He was on the way home from Tampa with friends when the impaired driver ran into him causing the car to flip over. He died instantly on the scene but all his friends lived. Although this is a very touching experiance, I still admire Marc. He carried numerous titles himself. He was going to go to FSU and become a Sports Medicine Doctor. He was very smart, outgoing and most of all loved by our family. I still carry him in my heart today and from that experiance I have learned that everything happens for a reason. Tomorrow is not always promised. Live each day as if it was your very last. Thats what Marc did. Anybody he knew would tell you that he was a great individual with a good head on his shoulders.
RiP MARC RUZZO -- you will be in my heart always & forever.
I am very happy to be apart of SADD. Experiancing something like this has taught me to cherish life and be very cautious on the street. Ive been working on my assignment for the Act Out Loud contest and I cant wait to put it into play. I want all of our community to be safe on the road. Everybody has dreams and goals and ambitions, but if you dont put action into them, you will never achieve it.
"Vision with action can change the world." -- Joel Arthur Barker
As apart of the Coral Springs Charter SADD team, I have made a promise to take as many measures as I can to stay safe on the road. By educating our community about safe driving, lives can be saved. It all starts with the youth and thats where our team comes in. I would like to dedicate this blog tonight to Marc. We were very close and I miss him each and everyday. He is in a better place now and I know he is watching me. He would be proud to know that I am apart of such a fulfilling cause.
I will be updating very soon about our future plans but its goodbye for now.
Night :]
